Spring time vet appointments
With the busy spring season upon us here’s a quick reminder of the requirements our customer service staff need to provide appropriate/efficient service when booking a veterinarian.
Of course, ALL calls are important but sometimes we need to be realistic and recognise that some calls are more urgent than others. Our staff need to ask specific questions in order to send veterinarians to correct locations and ensure they have appropriate equipment/medication on board. Double checking cell phone numbers and property locations are just as important as ascertaining the medical condition of the animals. On rare occasions we may need to call you back as we juggle other calls around.
