Lucy Cahill
Lucy, a former ski- instructor at Cardrona and Turoa ski fields traded the slopes to become a third generation vet, graduating from Massey University two years ago. Lucy has been with us at Totally vets since then and quickly settled into life as a busy equine vet.
She lives with her partner Dan in a work-in-progress house , makes an awesome morning tea - hope you get to try some occasionally Dan - and is never far away from a Diet Coke!
Those of you who have met Lucy will know that she has a passion for horses both at work and at home. She rides, owns two ex-racehorses Pete and Benny, and schools horses and ponies for others. Lucy is still a keen skier, hoping to manage another heli-ski trip in the near future and has enjoyed trading the mountain for the lake with her waterskiing this summer
